This page explains what EstateMap collects when you use the map.

What we collect

• You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or email to use the map.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) are kept for security and troubleshooting.
• If you click Accept on the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity) to see how the map is used — for example which searches and filters are popular. If you click Decline, analytics cookies are not stored.

Your choices

You can clear the site's stored data in your browser at any time to be asked again. You can also block analytics with your browser settings.

Third parties

Map data is served from our own servers. Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft) process usage data under their own policies when you accept cookies.
